A Journey from the Past to the Future! Originally built by the Sherwin-Williams Company in 1919 as a historic paint factory, this space operated until the mid-2000s. Recently, theLAB underwent an eagerly awaited transformation, evolving into a cutting-edge adaptive re-use Class A life science facility. The extensive renovation includes structural upgrade, full building core replacement and new installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure and penthouse to create a state-of-the-art lab building.
